When life changes, the answers that used to work may stop working. That doesn’t mean you’ve lost your way.

Cultivate What’s Next

A FREE GUIDED MASTERCLASS FOR WOMEN IN A SEASON OF CHANGE

Whether change is chosen or unexpected, welcome or painful, one part of life or several at once, it can leave you unsure what actually needs your attention first.

In this free guided masterclass, you’ll learn how to separate the changes you’re carrying, understand what each one may require, and choose your grounded next step without needing to have your whole future figured out.

This may be for you if…

  • Your life still looks functional, but internally, something feels different.

  • You keep trying to use old routines, identities, or ways of making decisions, but they no longer work the way they once did.

  • Several areas of your life are changing at once, and everything feels connected.

  • You know something needs your attention, but you are not sure whether it requires a decision, a boundary, support, or simply more time.

  • You're navigating a change you chose, a change you did not choose, or even a change you once wanted - but you still do not feel fully oriented inside it.

  • You want to move forward thoughtfully without pressuring yourself to know every step.

Why change can feel so disorienting

Change is what happens. Transition is the internal work of adapting to what has happened.

A role can change before your identity catches up. A relationship can shift before you know who you are inside the new reality. An opportunity can arrive before you feel ready for what it requires. A chapter can end before the next one has fully taken shape.

That in-between space can feel like confusion, grief, restlessness, indecision, or the sense that you should be handling things better. It doesn't necessarily mean you are doing change wrong. It may mean the old coordinates no longer match your current reality. The goal of this masterclass is not to force certainty. It's to create enough orientation for you to begin moving confidently and clearly.

What you will walk away with

By the end of Cultivate What’s Next, you will have:

A clearer picture of the season you are in: You'll begin naming what has changed around you and what may be changing within you.

A practical way to separate what your life is asking of you

You will look at what may need:

  • A decision

  • A boundary

  • Support

  • More information

  • More time

A clearer sense of where you still have agency: You will distinguish what is yours to influence from what you cannot control.

One grounded priority to carry forward: You will identify where to place your attention next instead of trying to resolve your whole life at once.

This is not about forcing a breakthrough

You will not be asked to make a major decision before you are ready. You will not be handed a generic formula for what your life should look like. You will not be told to simply “trust the process” while ignoring the practical realities of your life.

This is about slowing the change down enough to see it clearly, separating what has become tangled, and giving yourself a more grounded place from which to choose.

THE CORE SHIFTS WE'LL COVER

UNDERSTANDING WHY LEADERSHIP FEELS HEAVY — AND HOW TO LIGHTEN YOUR LOAD

Being a leader doesn't feel heavy because you’re doing it wrong — it feels heavy because you’ve been carrying the weight of outdated expectations, emotional labor, culture-building, people support, and performance expectations all at once.
You’ll learn how to identify the invisible labor, inherited expectations, and internalized patterns that create overwhelm — and how to release what was never yours to hold so you can lead with more steadiness, clarity, and internal spaciousness.

LEADING WITH PRESENCE, AUTHENTICITY, AND INTERNAL AUTHORITY

Most leadership challenges aren’t about capability — they’re about clarity, communication, and boundaries. You’ll learn how to lead from grounded confidence, communicate with resonance, and set expectations that inspire ownership rather than dependence.
This shift helps you stop carrying the emotional and operational weight alone.

RELEASING THE INTERNAL PATTERNS THAT CONSTRAIN YOUR LEADERSHIP

Perfectionism, self-silencing, over-responsibility, overthinking, and people-pleasing drain your energy and dilute your impact. You’ll explore how identity, lived experience, and conditioning shape your leadership presence — and how to intentionally reset these patterns so you lead from truth and alignment rather than pressure or survival.

CREATING PSYCHOLOGICAL SAFETY, BELONGING, AND CULTURE WITHOUT CARRYING IT ALL YOURSELF

Many leaders feel responsible for creating connection, calm, and clarity for everyone. You’ll learn how to model human-centered leadership, shape inclusive spaces, and foster a culture of trust and ownership — while releasing the belief that it all depends on you.

EVOLVING YOUR LEADERSHIP IDENTITY FOR INTENTIONAL, EXPANSIVE IMPACT

Sustainable, expansive leadership requires a shift in identity — from urgency and overextension to clarity, self-trust, and grounded influence. You’ll learn the shifts that enable you to lead with vision, presence, and aligned action…not exhaustion, reactivity, or self-sacrifice.

Why I created this experience

Hanaa Headshot_edited.jpg

I've spent more than 15 years helping leaders and organizations navigate change. But when change began touching nearly every part of my own life - my marriage, motherhood, home, health, finances, and career - I learned how different it feels when you are both the person trying to lead the change and the person living inside it.

I kept reaching for old answers and wondering why they no longer worked. What I eventually understood was that I didn't need one perfect answer for my entire life. I needed a way to separate what was changing, understand what each part required, and make responsible decisions with the information I had.

I created Cultivate What’s Next because women navigating personal change deserve more than generic inspiration. We need language for what we are experiencing. We need practical ways to make change more navigable. And we need room to hear ourselves clearly enough to lead in what happens next in our experience with change.
